- Payment and Fees: AfyaDepo collects fees from users and remits them to providers, after deducting a service fee.
- Confidentiality: Providers must maintain patient confidentiality and comply with privacy laws.
- Termination: AfyaDepo reserves the right to terminate the provider’s account for non-compliance or other valid reasons.
- Home-Based Care: Providers offer home-based care services. Location-based details and further specifics are crafted in the Home-Based Care Agreement.
- Service Scope: Providers must specify the types of home-based care services offered.
- Safety and Quality Standards: Providers must adhere to safety and quality standards applicable to home care.
- Insurance and Liability: Providers must have necessary insurance and accept liability for their services.
- Termination: AfyaDepo reserves the right to terminate the provider’s account for non-compliance or other valid reasons.
Partners
Partners are businesses that assist in fulfilling orders of physical products to nearby users who purchase from AfyaDepo. Partners can also be affiliates who promote our products through various channels to their followers.
- Order Fulfillment: Partners are responsible for promptly fulfilling orders from the AfyaDepo Platform, ensuring product availability and adhering to quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Partners must ensure that products listed on AfyaDepo are in stock and available for delivery.
- Quality Standards: Partners must comply with AfyaDepo’s quality standards for all products.
- Order Processing: Partners must process and deliver orders within the specified timeframe (typically within 2 hours).
- Delivery: Partners must arrange for delivery to customers and ensure timely delivery. Customers pay a flat rate of 2,000 Tsh for order delivery.
- Pricing Agreement: Partners align their product prices with those listed on AfyaDepo, allowing for adjustments based on market conditions.
- Price Changes: Partners must notify AfyaDepo of any price changes in advance.
- Special Discounts: Partners can offer special discounts with prior approval from AfyaDepo.
- Payment Collection and Distribution: AfyaDepo manages payment collection for completed orders.
- Payment Terms: Retail payments are deposited into the partner’s account, with AfyaDepo retaining a 15% service fee. Wholesale orders include a 2% margin added by AfyaDepo to each product.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are processed on a regular schedule, typically weekly.
- Branding: Partner premises prominently display the AfyaDepo Partner label for customer visibility. Orders are delivered in specially branded AfyaDepo packages.
- Marketing Materials: Partners must use AfyaDepo’s approved marketing materials and branding guidelines.
- Affiliate Program: Partners can also join our Affiliate Program to promote AfyaDepo and earn commissions for customer referrals. Details are outlined in the Affiliate Program Agreement.
- Commission Structure: Affiliates can earn commissions of up to 20%.
- Registration and Approval: Affiliates must register through the AfyaDepo platform and may be subject to an approval process.
- Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates must ensure their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Commission Payment: Commissions are paid out as specified in the Affiliate Program Agreement.
- Termination: AfyaDepo may terminate an affiliate’s participation for breach of terms or any other valid reason.
Suppliers
Suppliers are businesses interested in listing their brands on the AfyaDepo Platform. Suppliers can freely register on the platform and submit their medical product listings.
- Product Listing: Suppliers can list their medical products on the AfyaDepo Platform. AfyaDepo Platform Team assists in growing their brand, especially through online brand marketing.
- Product Information: Suppliers must provide accurate and complete product information, including descriptions, images, and prices.
- Quality Assurance: Suppliers must adhere to high product quality standards and relevant regulations.
- Communication and Updates: Suppliers commit to clear communication with AfyaDepo, providing updates on product availability and promptly addressing any issues.
- Order Notifications: Suppliers will receive order notifications via email and must promptly acknowledge and fulfill orders.
- Product Availability: Suppliers must inform AfyaDepo of any changes in product availability or delays.
- Compliance: Suppliers must comply with all laws and regulations governing the sale of pharmaceutical and medical products.
- Regulatory Requirements: Suppliers must ensure that all products comply with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Liability: Suppliers accept liability for any issues arising from their products.
