For purchases made at our physical store, we accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase. In order to process a return, the customer must present a valid receipt as proof of purchase.

For purchases made through our online store, Afyadepot.co.tz, we also accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. In order to process a return, the customer must present a valid receipt as proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns for wrong orders or for opened medicine. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of the products we offer to our customers.
