Diclopar Tablets – 50mg/500mg
Diclopar Tablets provide oral Diclofenac Sodium 50mg and Paracetamol 500mg for mild to moderate pain and inflammation management. Suitable for adults, these tablets are effective for musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis, headaches, and postoperative pain.

- Film-coated tablets
- Pack sizes: 10, 14, or 100 tablets
- Each tablet contains Diclofenac Sodium 50mg and Paracetamol 500mg
Main Uses
- Musculoskeletal and joint pain (arthritis, back pain)
- Headache or migraine relief
- Postoperative pain
- Fever reduction and general discomfort
Usage Instructions
- Take 1 tablet 2–3 times daily with water.
- Preferably after meals to reduce stomach upset.
- Do not exceed 150mg of Diclofenac per day unless prescribed.
Side Effects
- Gastrointestinal upset: nausea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain
- Dizziness or mild headache
- Rare cardiovascular or renal complications
Interactions
- Avoid combining with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants.
- Use caution with corticosteroids, antihypertensives, or diabetes medications.
Warnings / Precautions
- Not recommended for patients with peptic ulcer, heart failure, or severe kidney/liver disease.
- Use cautiously in elderly patients.

Mechanism of Action
Diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin production, which decreases pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol acts centrally to reduce pain and fever.
