Uses

How to Use
- Dosage: Adults: 1–2 teaspoons (5–10ml) after meals and at bedtime, or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
- Administration: Shake well before use. Take directly or dilute with a small amount of water if preferred.

May cause mild constipation or diarrhea. Usually temporary and not serious.
Interactions
May interfere with absorption of some medicines such as antibiotics and iron supplements. Take other medicines 1–2 hours before or after Alugel.
