• Suppliers must maintain product availability records to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• AfyaDepo may provide marketing support to increase product visibility; however, AfyaDepo does not guarantee sales.
• Suppliers remain fully responsible for product quality, safety, and compliance.

Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliates who join the AfyaDepo program agree to the following:

1. Affiliates receive a unique referral link to promote products.
2. Commissions are awarded only for completed, verified purchases made through the affiliate link.
3. Affiliates must promote products ethically, without misleading claims or violations of Tanzanian laws.
4. AfyaDepo reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity or non-compliance.
5. Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payout methods are set by AfyaDepo and may be updated with notice to affiliates.
6. Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations arising from earned commissions.

General Provisions
