- Partners are committed to promptly fulfilling orders from the AfyaDepo Platform, ensuring product availability and adhering to quality standards.
Pricing Agreement:
- Partners align their product prices with those listed on AfyaDepo, allowing for adjustments based on market conditions.
New Order Notifications and Delivery:
- All received orders are forwarded to AfyaDepo Partners for fulfillment via emails. Partners ensure delivery to customers within a 2-hour timeframe, with delivery arrangements managed by the respective partner.
- Customers pay a flat rate of 2000 Tsh for order delivery.
3.Payment Collection and Distribution:
- AfyaDepo manages payment collection for completed orders.
- Retail payments are deposited into the partner’s account, with AfyaDepo retaining a 15% service fee. Wholesale orders include a 2% margin added by AfyaDepo to each product.
4.Branding:
- AfyaDepo Partner premises prominently display the AfyaDepo Partner label for customer visibility.
- All orders are delivered in specially branded AfyaDepo packages.
5.Order Processing:
- Partners are responsible for efficient and accurate order processing, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
6.Quality Assurance:
- Partners uphold high product quality standards, adhering to relevant regulations.
7.Communication:
- Partners commit to clear communication with AfyaDepo, providing updates on product availability, order status, and promptly addressing issues.
8.Confidentiality:
- Both AfyaDepo and Partners maintain confidentiality regarding business-related information obtained during the partnership.
9.Compliance:
- Partners comply with all laws and regulations governing the sale of pharmaceutical and medical products.
11.Partnership Duration:
- This partnership remains valid until either party terminates it, with a 30-day notice.
12.Amendment of Terms:
- AfyaDepo reserves the right to amend these terms, with partners receiving advance notice of any changes.
- By participating in the AfyaDepo Partner Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may lead to the termination of the partnership.
